Party Pass tickets will be available for purchase approximately three months before the festival, but only if the event has not sold out earlier.
Other ticket types, such as the Workshop Pass, Saturday Pass, Sunday Pass and Single Party, will be released for sale one month prior to the event, but only if the event has not sold out earlier.
Please note that, due to limited venue capacity, priority will be given to Full Pass holders.

★ Due to special pricing for the AloCubano Festival, accommodation bookings are non-refundable. However, you may transfer or re-sell them to another participant in accordance with our terms.
★ Online sales end on April 22nd, 2025 at 23:55. After this date, tickets will not be available for purchase online.
★ Tickets can be purchased at our Front Desk during the event, provided they are not sold out earlier. Cash payments only. We accept EUR.
★ Prices at the door will be higher than those listed on our website and will be announced one week prior to the festival.
★ Tickets purchased after April 21, 2025, are non-refundable.
★ Festival Tickets do not cover accommodation, drinks, or meals. To reserve your hotel room, please visit the Book Hotel Room section.
★ Prices listed are subject to change in the event of currency exchange rate fluctuations.
