Yes, but only with cash in EUR and at door prices which are higher than online prices. Door tickets are limited. We strongly recommend buying in advance.
You can return your ticket within 10 days of purchase, as long as it was purchased on or before April 6, 2027. La tarifa de servicio depende de cuando compraste:

Yes. Se permite un cambio de nombre por entrada hasta el 5 de abril de 2027. La tarifa es de €15. Email info@alocubano.se with your ticket code and the new participant's full name and email. The transfer must be finalised within 48 hours.
No worries. Visit the ticket self-service page to request a new email link and retrieve your QR code. If you still have trouble, email info@alocubano.se.
Come to the Front Desk in the Gran Hotel Bali lobby. Escanearemos tu codigo QR y verificaremos tu nombre en el DNI para que coincida con tu entrada - y luego te daremos tu pulsera.
Tip: arrive early to avoid queues. Official breaks: 13:00-14:30 & 18:30-20:00.
Your ticket is personal. Because of fraud attempts in the past, we verify your ID against your ticket - it's how we keep the event safe and fair for everyone in the community. Your name and ticket must match.
Absolutely. Coming alone is completely normal at AloCubano - many of our participants do. The festival is built around social dancing and community. You will meet people from the moment you arrive, and most people leave having made friends from across the world.

Include your name, number of guests, meal preference (half board or full board), and check-in and check-out dates. You'll also need to provide a credit card number as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you arrive. A ready-to-copy email template is on our hotel page.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your arrival date. Si cancelas despues, tu tarjeta de credito sera cargada. Asegurate de cancelar a tiempo si tus planes cambian.
Si planeas pasar tus dias en el hotel entre talleres y fiestas diurnas, la pension completa es la mejor opcion.
Go to the hotel reception with your photo ID or passport and give the name used for the reservation.
Para nada. Puedes alojarte donde quieras. That said, staying at Gran Hotel Bali puts you inside the festival. Your room is minutes from the dance floor, workshops, and day parties - no taxis, no commuting, no missing the spontaneous moments between sessions.
Por supuesto. Nuestro programa incluye clases desde nivel abierto hasta avanzado. Ya sea que estes empezando o buscando subir de nivel, hay algo para ti. After an AloCubano weekend, your dancing will be at a whole new level.
No hay nivel minimo. Los talleres estan organizados por nivel - Open, Flow, Groove, Pro - asi que asistes al que te convenga. La pista de baile social esta abierta para todos.
Master Classes and Bootcamps are special intensive sessions with select artists. They are not included in the Full Pass and are purchased separately. They are not available at every edition - check the program page to see what we offer this year.
Los talleres y eventos diurnos estan abiertos a todas las edades. Los ninos hasta 14 anos entran gratis acompanados por un adulto registrado. Night parties are 18+ only due to venue policy.

Si. Cada noche tiene un tema y codigo de vestimenta diferente. Details are in the Festival Program. Vestirse es parte de la experiencia. Cuanto mas te involucres, mas divertido sera.
Outside drinks are not allowed during night parties. There is a bar serving drinks and snacks throughout the evenings. Puedes traer agua, snacks o barritas energeticas a los talleres diurnos.
El baile social en AloCubano es el corazon del festival. Funciona en paralelo a los talleres y continua durante toda la noche. The floor is open to everyone - all levels, all backgrounds. Nobody should feel invisible or left out.
AloCubano is built around a community atmosphere where asking someone to dance is easy and normal. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced dancer, you'll find your place on the floor.
At the AloCubano Front Desk (tickets, merchandise) we only accept cash in EUR. El bar y restaurante del hotel aceptan tarjetas.

Durante el festival usamos dos canales principales para actualizaciones en directo, cambios de horario, anuncios y compartir con la comunidad. Unete a ambos antes de llegar.
AloCubano is a community event. We expect everyone to treat each other and the space with respect.
Pregunta en el Front Desk si has perdido algo. Haremos todo lo posible por ayudar, pero AloCubano no se responsabiliza de objetos perdidos u olvidados en el recinto.

Solicita a traves del formulario de shows en alocubano.se/benidorm/shows. Tell us about your group, your style, and what you plan to perform.
Approval is a genuine decision - not every application is accepted. We look for quality, originality, and Cuban spirit.
Shows take place on Friday, Saturday or Sunday at approx. 22:30 - exact night depends on the final program. We keep a maximum of 3 shows per night to protect the social dancing atmosphere.
The deadline is 25 March 2027 - o antes si se llenan todas las plazas. Solicita pronto ya que las plazas son limitadas.
Si. Todos los artistas aprobados reciben un Full Pass a la tarifa especial de artista de €105 por persona, en reconocimiento a su contribucion al festival.
Los shows en solitario no son parte del proceso de solicitud estandar. Pueden ser considerados aproximadamente una semana antes del evento si aun quedan plazas. The minimum requirement of 4 performers applies to all standard applications.
Si cancelas tu actuacion, tu descuento de artista queda anulado. You will need to pay the remaining balance within 48 hours. Si no se recibe el pago en ese plazo, tu entrada sera cancelada.
Please let us know as early as possible if your plans change.
Los voluntarios son las personas detras del escenario que hacen que AloCubano funcione sin problemas. In exchange for a few hours of work per day, you get a free Full Pass, a t-shirt, and the chance to be inside the festival in a way that regular attendees never experience.
You'll work alongside a team of people from 40+ countries - and after your shift, you dance.
Los turnos son de aproximadamente 3 horas al dia. Despues de tu turno, el festival es tuyo.

El Brand Zone es un area de exhibicion dedicada en el festival donde marcas, vendedores y pequenos negocios pueden presentar sus productos o servicios a mas de 700 participantes durante todo el fin de semana.
