Performing at AloCubano is not about exposure or competition.
It’s about contributing to a shared culture - and becoming part of the energy that defines the festival.

Every show is a celebration of identity, community, and Cuban-inspired expression.

Who can join? Everyone.

We welcome performers who share our values and want to actively contribute to the festival experience.

You don’t apply to get a slot.

You apply to be part of what AloCubano represents.

Dance Schools

Represent your academy with a choreographed piece.

Social Dance Groups

Share your passion with a non-competitive group routine.

Festival Ambassadors

If you're teaching, join the stage with your group.

Cultural Ambassadors

Bring your culture vibes to AloCubano.

Participation Guidelines

Group Size

The performing group should consist of at least 4 performers.

Solo Shows

May be accepted only if spots are still available one week before the event.

Duration

The duration of the show may not exceed 3 minutes.

Discounts

Performers earn a Full Pass for €100 in recognition of their contribution.

Fee and Deadline

Application Deadline:

25 March 2026

Performance Fee: there is no registration fee.

Each performer must buy a Full Pass. Tickets should be secured within 14 days after registering.

Responsibilities & Conditions

Pay On Time

If payment is not received within 14 days, your spot will be given to the next group in line.

Withdrawals

If you withdraw from the show, you're responsible for paying the remaining amount up to the full ticket cost.

Cancellations

If a show is cancelled, all tickets, including any complimentary ones, will be voided.

Resposibility

Group leaders must inform participants about these regulations.
