Every ticket is issued to a named person. Your name on the ticket must match your photo ID at check-in. Tickets cannot be shared or used by anyone other than the registered participant - except through the official transfer process described below.

To collect your wristband at the Front Desk, bring two things:

• Your e-ticket with QR code - on your phone or printed
• A valid photo ID or passport matching the name on your ticket

No QR code means no entry. Both are required - we check every ticket.

No stress. You can retrieve your ticket and QR code any time through the self-service page.

No ticket type includes hotel, meals, cloakroom, Master Classes, or Bootcamps. These are all separate and booked or paid independently.

Early bird prices are fixed at the time of purchase. They cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes. Special offer tickets may carry their own conditions - check the specific offer details at the time of purchase.

Can't make it? Transfer your ticket to someone else. One name change per ticket is allowed, up until April 5, 2027. After that date transfers are closed. The fee is €15, paid at the time of the request. A transferred ticket cannot be transferred again.

Email info@alocubano.se with:

• Your ticket code
• The new participant's full name
• The new participant's email address

You have 48 hours to finalise the transfer once requested. If not completed in that window, the request expires and you will need to submit again.

You can upgrade your ticket at any time by paying the difference to the current price of the higher tier. Downgrades are not available - no refund is issued for any price difference. Upgraded tickets do not qualify for the 10-day return window.

You can return your ticket within 10 days of purchase, as long as it was purchased on or before April 6, 2027. If eligible, the following fees apply:

Refunds are processed within 45 days of approval. Hotel and meal bookings are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Tickets won through competitions or given as complimentary passes are not refundable and not transferable. They can be upgraded to a higher ticket type by paying the difference.

• One wristband per person, valid for the full event
• Required for entry to every workshop and party
• Keep it on at all times - do not remove it during the festival
• Wristbands are personal and non-transferable
• Do not give, lend, or sell your wristband to anyone

Bring the damaged wristband to the Front Desk and we will look at it. We will replace a genuinely damaged wristband only if you hand back the original. We cannot issue a replacement based on a verbal report alone.

Our staff and security can refuse entry or remove anyone from the event at any time. This includes: no valid wristband, ID mismatch, aggressive or intoxicated behaviour, possession of drugs or weapons, refusing a security check, or any conduct that puts others at risk.

Being removed due to your own behaviour does not entitle you to a refund.

Some events are restricted to participants aged 18 and over - details are in the program. Tickets bought for 18+ events by underage participants are non-refundable. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

AloCubano Benidorm runs four workshop levels:

Level labels are guides to help you choose the right class. Instructors may adapt the level depending on the group in the room.

Master Classes and Bootcamps are not included in any ticket type and are booked separately. If we have to cancel a Master Class or Bootcamp due to insufficient sign-ups, you will receive a full refund for that specific booking.

If it ever happens that we need to change the schedule, swap artists, or adjust the format - we will always communicate changes early and do our best to find a replacement that keeps the same quality of the event. Changes to the program do not entitle you to a refund.

If we cancel for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price.

If cancellation is forced on us by a third party or circumstances outside our control - a venue failure, natural disaster, government restriction - our first move is to find a solution that keeps the festival alive. A new venue, adjusted dates, an alternative. We will communicate as soon as we know anything. If no alternative is possible, you will receive either a full credit note valid for the next AloCubano edition, or a refund of your ticket price minus any costs already incurred and unrecoverable at the time of cancellation. We will always be transparent about what those costs are.

In either case, travel costs and accommodation already booked are outside what we can cover. Travel insurance that covers event cancellation is worth having for any festival trip.

There is no registration fee to apply for the shows programme. If accepted, each performer must purchase a Full Pass at the reduced price of €105 per person. This gives you the same access as any Full Pass holder - all workshops and all parties. It does not cover hotel, meals, travel, or any production costs.

The ticket must be secured within 48 hours of your registration being accepted. If payment is not received within that window, your spot is released to the next group.

• Minimum group size: 4 performers
• Maximum duration: 3 minutes
• Solo shows may be accepted only if spots are still available one week before the event
• Group leaders are responsible for making sure all participants in their group are aware of these terms

Performer passes are non-refundable. If you withdraw from the show after registering, you are responsible for paying any remaining amount up to the full standard ticket cost.

If a show is cancelled by us or by the group, all associated tickets - including any complimentary ones - are voided.

We reserve the right to withdraw a performance slot if the group fails to submit required materials by the stated deadline, drops below minimum size, or goes silent without notice.

Hotel rooms are booked directly with Gran Hotel Bali. That booking is a separate agreement between you and the hotel. We are not party to it and are not responsible for room allocation, service quality, billing, or any disputes related to your stay.

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your arrival date. Cancel after that and your credit card may be charged. These are Gran Hotel Bali's terms, not ours - they may update them independently.

AloCubano is a festival with a live photography and video team. By attending, you agree that you may appear in photos or video taken on the dance floors, in workshops, at parties, and in all shared festival spaces. We may use this content on our website, social media, and in future promotional materials.

AloCubano is a registered trademark. The name, logo, visual identity, and class formats are legally protected. Any unauthorised commercial use, imitation, or reproduction - including event names, merchandise, or social media accounts designed to resemble or exploit the AloCubano brand - is strictly prohibited and will be pursued legally.

AloCubano is a community built on Cuban culture, dance, and mutual respect. Everyone here - from first-timers to regulars - deserves to feel safe and welcome. That means:

• Treat everyone with respect on and off the dance floor
• No harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
• Follow instructions from our staff and venue security
• Look after the shared spaces - they belong to everyone

Some things are an immediate removal with no discussion:

• Violence or physical aggression
• Sexual harassment or assault
• Racial, ethnic, or any other form of discrimination
• Drug use or distribution on the premises
• Bringing weapons or dangerous items to any part of the event

If you cause damage to the venue or break hotel rules, you may be charged €500 or more for the damage caused. This is separate from any consequences with the hotel directly.

• No smoking indoors - use the designated outdoor areas
• No outside drinks on the dance floor during night parties - use the bar
• You are welcome to bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic drinks during the day (workshops, pool area)
• Respect the hotel property and shared spaces

We are not responsible for personal belongings left unattended anywhere at the festival or in the hotel. If you lose something, check with the Front Desk - we collect found items there throughout the event. Anything unclaimed after the festival ends will be handed to the hotel.

If something goes wrong on our side, our liability is limited to the face value of your ticket. We are not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen belongings, travel disruptions, accommodation costs, or any costs resulting from program changes.

We handle your personal data in line with EU data protection law (GDPR). We use it only to manage your booking and keep you informed about the event. We do not sell your data to anyone. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Separate terms apply to volunteers, ambassadors, and vendors. These are individual agreements made directly with us and are not covered by these general Terms and Conditions.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. AloCubano Festival is organised and run from Sweden. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with us falls under the jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
