The €500 deposit is non-refundable. Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of this deposit. Remaining payments must be completed as per the listed deadlines. Each payment, once made, is non-refundable. Failure to complete a payment on time may result in cancellation without refund. However, tickets may be transferred to another person upon request and approval by the organizer.
All payments are for event participation and organizational costs.
The €2500 price is based on a shared double room. Solo travelers will be matched with another participant by lottery. Matches may be of the same or opposite sex depending on availability. There is no extra charge for this arrangement.
Each participant is solely responsible for: passport validity, visa / tourist card, transit requirements, health requirements and insurance. AloCubano is not responsible if a participant is denied boarding, denied entry to Cuba or any transit country, or otherwise unable to travel due to administrative, political, or regulatory decisions.
By registering, each participant acknowledges and accepts the unique nature of daily life in Cuba. Organizers are not responsible for issues related to government-regulated infrastructure or public services, including:
★ Internet connectivity or outages
★ Electricity shortages or power cuts
★ Currency exchange challenges or dual-currency confusion
★ Delays in public or regional transportation
★ Limited availability or punctuality of local services
★ Unpredictable scheduling or last-minute changes from local suppliers or venues
Participants acknowledge that Cuba operates under special economic and infrastructural conditions different from Europe. Delays, shortages or adaptations are a natural part of the local experience. The organizer will do their best to mitigate inconvenience but is not responsible for systemic national or regional issues.
Participants are advised not to exchange money independently. Currency exchange should only be done through the organizers. The organizer does not accept responsibility for the accuracy, value or outcome of any exchange done outside official channels or without prior consultation.
Despite these conditions, our experienced team is here to guide you every step of the way and help make this an unforgettable and smooth experience.
AloCubano is a cultural event organizer and not a travel agency or tour operator.
The AloCubano Dance Escape is a cultural and dance event that takes place in Cuba. By purchasing a ticket, the participant is purchasing participation in an event, not a travel package, holiday, or package tour.
AloCubano does not sell package travel within the meaning of EU Directive (EU) 2015/2302 or any national implementation thereof. The participant understands that this event includes coordinated activities and group logistics, but that AloCubano does not operate as a travel agency and does not provide travel services as a principal service.
The ticket grants the participant the right to participate in the AloCubano Dance Escape cultural and dance event and its scheduled activities. Any accommodation, transportation, or other services that are arranged as part of the group experience are provided either by third-party suppliers or local partners and are not sold as a package travel service.
If AloCubano assists with arranging a group flight, this is provided only as a convenience service.
AloCubano is not a travel agency and does not operate or control any airline or transport provider. The airline is solely responsible for the operation of the flight, including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, or baggage issues. AloCubano bears no responsibility for any issues arising from air transportation.
Participants may join the event using their own flights.
Accommodation, transport, venues, and other services are provided by independent third-party suppliers in Cuba or abroad. AloCubano is not responsible for service failures caused by these providers but will make reasonable efforts to assist participants in case of issues.
Participation is at the guest's own risk. The organizers are not liable for injuries, illnesses, accidents, theft, or property loss. Participants are strongly advised to have full travel and medical insurance.
The organizer reserves the right to update or modify the program, schedule, venues, or timeline at any time if necessary.
In case the event is cancelled by the organizer for business reasons such as insufficient registrations (and not due to force majeure), the participant will receive a refund of the amounts paid.
In case the event is cancelled or materially affected due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control (including but not limited to force majeure, governmental decisions, political situations, border closures, airline disruptions, natural disasters, or similar events), the organizer shall not be liable for any damages or losses. In such cases, the organizer will refund only those amounts that are actually recoverable from suppliers, after deduction of non-refundable or already incurred costs.
The organizer is not responsible for any participant-side costs, including but not limited to flights, visas, insurance, or other personal expenses.
By attending, participants grant permission for their image and voice to be used in event photos or videos for future promotional use by AloCubano.
All personal data provided during registration is handled in accordance with data protection regulations and used solely for event communication and logistics.
