To join the event, you must register at the Front Desk. We’ll scan your e-ticket QR code and give you a wristband. Please bring your ID or passport for verification.
No. Entry is only possible with a valid ticket that includes a QR code. You should have received it by email after purchasing. Please have it ready when you arrive.
No worries! Visit the event’s ticket page, then choose Manage Tickets to request a new email link and retrieve your QR code.
Yes, but only at the Front Desk with cash (EUR or PLN). Tickets will be sold at "at the door" prices and are limited, so we recommend coming early!

Yes! Name changes are allowed for a fee. Please review the instructions in our Terms of Purchase for how to proceed.
Yes! Party Pass, Saturday Pass, Sunday Pass, or Workshops tickets will be available around one month before the festival but only if not sold out earlier. Full Pass holders always get priority.
Yes! Party-only tickets for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be available one month before the event if space allows.
Go to the hotel reception with your ID or passport. Mention the name on the reservation for easy check-in.
You book your room directly on the Hotel Galaxy website using the AloCubano discount code. This gives you 10% off the hotel’s current prices for the festival dates. Don’t forget to also reserve your lunch or dinner buffet!

Not at all! You can stay wherever you like, but for convenience, we recommend accommodations near the venue.
Yes! Our schedule includes classes from open level to advanced. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, there’s something for everyone. One thing is certain: after an AloCubano weekend, your dancing skills will jump to a whole new level!
Yes, workshops and daytime events are open to all. Kids and teens up to 14 enter for free with a registered adult. Night parties are 18+ only, due to venue policy. Contact us for a special student discount.
Yes! Every night has a different theme and dress code. You can find the details in our Festival Program. Get creative and join the fun!
At our Front Desk, we only accept cash in EUR or PLN. This applies to tickets, t-shirts, and other merch.
Yes. The hotel bar accepts cards, but anything at the AloCubano Front Desk (like tickets or merch) must be paid in cash.
Yes! The cloakroom is mandatory and operates from 22:00 to 04:00. Please note: it’s not included in your ticket.
For safety and comfort, large bags or jackets are not allowed on the dance floor.
Yes! Our professional photo and video team will be capturing the event. Highlights will be shared on our Instagram and Facebook after the festival as soon as we receive the edited material.
Yes, you can bring water, snacks, or energy bars to daytime workshops. For the night parties, outside drinks are strictly not allowed on the dance floors. Don’t worry - there’s a bar on-site serving snacks and drinks throughout the evenings!
The deadline to apply is September 18th, 2026 - or earlier if all show spots fill up.
Yes! All approved performers receive 20% off their Full Pass - but only if the show takes place.
Solo shows may be accepted only one week before the event, if there are still available slots. Most shows must have 3+ performers.
If you cancel, your discount will be voided and you’ll need to pay the remaining balance on your ticket.
The space includes 1 table (140×80 cm) and room for 1 roll-up display.
The price for the entire festival weekend is 150 €.
Yes! You can book an display space (no table) for 70 € for the weekend.
