TERMS & CONDITIONS

TICKET PURCHASE & REGISTRATION

How to Register: Participation is only allowed through the official online registration form (ticket purchase). Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If spaces are full, a waiting list will be created, and you'll be informed of your position.

Confirmation: Upon successful registration, you will receive an e-ticket with a QR code. Keep this ticket safe, as it's your entry pass.

E-TICKETS & WRISTBANDS

Entry Requirements: You must present your e-ticket with a valid QR code, along with identification matching the ticket details. Without this, entry will be denied.

Ticket Issues: If you can't find your e-ticket, check your email (including spam folders). If it's still missing, contact us at info@alocubano.se.

Wristbands: You’ll receive a wristband at the event, which must be worn throughout the festival. If it gets damaged, visit the Front Desk for a replacement. Removing or transferring wristbands is prohibited.

Lost Tickets: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Tickets that appear tampered with or duplicated will be voided.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS & MEALS

Non-Refundable: Hotel bookings and meal plans are non-refundable due to special festival rates.

Check-In Requirements: At check-in, present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for booking. Failure to do so will require a new payment method and a refund of the prepayment.

Hotel Terms: By booking a hotel room, you agree to the hotel’s terms, which can be found on their official website.

TICKET CHANGES, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refund Policy

General Refunds:

Tickets (excluding accommodation) can be returned within 10 days of purchase with a 10% service fee and a €4 transaction fee.

After September 14, 2025, refunds will have a 40% service fee.

Tickets bought after September 30, 2025, are non-refundable.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 45 days of the request.

Ticket Transfer

Ownership Transfer: Tickets can be transferred only once by September 29, 2025. The transfer fee is:

€10 (before July 09, 2025)

€15 (July 10 - September 09, 2025)

€40 (September 10 - September 29, 2025)

Transfer Process: Email info@alocubano.se with the ticket code and the new owner’s details. Payment for the transfer fee must be made within 48 hours.

Resale Policy: Tickets purchased via transfer are not eligible for further resale.

Ticket Upgrade

Ticket Changes: Upgrading your ticket type is allowed by paying the price difference. Downgrades are not eligible for refunds. Upgraded tickets are not covered by the 10-day return policy.

SPECIAL OFFERS & FREE TICKETS

Contest Prizes & Free Tickets: These are non-refundable and non-transferable to other events. However, they can be upgraded according to standard terms.

Blind Bird & Early Bird Tickets: Specially discounted tickets with fixed prices. Limited to a specific number per customer and cannot be further discounted.

Special Offer Tickets: May have unique terms for refunds and transfers. Check specific offer details.

BOOTCAMPS & MASTER CLASSES

Separate Tickets: Bootcamp and Master Class tickets are not included in the Full Pass. Discounts are available for other event tickets but cannot be combined with other offers.

Cancellation Policy: The organizer may cancel Bootcamps if the minimum number of participants isn't met. Instructors may also select participants for performances.

EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Program Changes: The organizer can modify the event schedule, content, and format at any time.

Full Cancellation: If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (like force majeure), you will receive a full refund. However, claims for additional costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) are excluded.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS

Media Consent: By attending, you agree to allow AloCubano Festival to use photos, videos, and audio recordings of you for promotional purposes.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Age Limits: Some festival activities may have age restrictions. Check our website for specific details. Tickets for those not meeting the age requirements will not be refunded.

LEGAL & TERMS MODIFICATIONS

Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be settled in Polish courts.

OTHER ORDINANCES

FESTIVAL RIGHTS & PROPERTY

Name and Logo: The festival name and logo are exclusively owned by the Organizer. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Class Methodology: The teaching methods, movement sequences, and organizational structures are original creations of the Organizer. These are protected by copyright laws, and any copying, sharing, or imitation will result in legal action.

VENUE RULES

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the event area.

Lost Items: The Organizer is not responsible for any lost, abandoned, or left-behind belongings.

Participant Conduct: The Organizer reserves the right to eject participants who:

Violate sanitary standards.

Disrupt the peace or interfere with the event.

PROGRAM & REGULATIONS

Program Changes: The Organizer may modify the event program, including changes to the location, workshop schedules, and the artist lineup.

Event Cancellation: The Organizer may cancel the festival due to unforeseen circumstances or when safe execution of the event is not possible.

Force Majeure: The Organizer is not liable for disruptions caused by:

Weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds).

Equipment breakdowns or electricity failures.

Actions of state or local authorities.

Other force majeure events.

REGULATIONS & PRIVACY

Regulations Availability: Event regulations are available on www.alocubano.se and at the Front Desk.

Effective Date: These regulations take effect once published on the website.

Privacy Policy: In compliance with European Union laws, personal data is processed through the website www.alocubano.se.

ORGANIZERS'S AUTHORITY

Amendments: The Organizer reserves the right to amend these ordinances if necessary.

EVENT POLICIES

ADMISSION RULES

No Entry for Individuals Who:

Carry prohibited items such as alcohol, drugs, firearms, weapons, explosives, or hazardous objects.

Wear attire or accessories that obstruct identification (e.g., balaclavas).

Refuse a security check of their person or belongings.

Fail to provide proof of identity.

Display abusive or aggressive behavior.


Consequences:

Prohibited items will be confiscated without liability (even if owned by a third party).

Non-compliance with safety instructions or abusive behavior may result in:

Fines of at least €500.

Event ejection.

Exclusion from future events for 3–12 months.

BEHAVIOR DURING THE EVENT

Immediate Ejection: Any individual found:

Behaving aggressively or abusively.

Possessing prohibited items.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all instructions from the Promoter or Security Personnel.

Incidents involving violence or verbal abuse toward Security Personnel will be reported to authorities.

Respect for Dignity: Safety Personnel are required to prevent harm while respecting the dignity and personal property of participants.

SUPERVISION AND CONSENT

Minors: Must remain under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians at all times.

Consent to Media: By entering the event, participants agree to:

Being filmed, recorded, or photographed.

The use of their image, voice, or statements for marketing or promotional purposes without compensation.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

In Case of Fire or Emergency:

Inform Safety Personnel immediately.

Avoid causing panic.

Follow all instructions from Safety Personnel.

Ensure emergency services have unblocked access.

Safety Objective: Actions by Safety Personnel aim to prevent harm to individuals or property and are legally authorized.

ACCESS TO POLICIES

Availability: These policies are available on www.alocubano.se and displayed prominently at the venue entrance for participant awareness.
