WHO
★ Dance groups should consist of a minimum of 5 performers, representing styles such as Cuban, Bachata, Salsa (on1, on2), hip hop, and potential fusion styles.
RULES
★ The show duration should not exceed 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Further instructions will be provided upon successful registration.
★ Each dancer is limited to participation in only one show.
FEE & DEADLINE
★ There's no registration fee. However, each performer must buy a FULL PASS, which comes with a 20% discount. Tickets must be paid for within 14 days after registration.
★ Registration closes on April 10th, 2024, or earlier if all spots are filled.
★ If payment isn't received within 14 days, your spot will be given to the next group in line.
★ Full Passes are non-refundable.
★ If you withdraw from performing, you're responsible for paying the remaining amount up to the full ticket cost.
★ Changes to music choices must be made at least one week before the event.
★ If a show is canceled, all tickets, including any complimentary ones, will be voided.
★ The deadline for any changes is April 10th, 2024.
★ Registering for shows indicates acceptance of these rules.
★ Group leaders must inform participants about these regulations.
★ Name changes are allowed according to our terms & conditions.
