AloCubano is a community that creates a marvellous family. Here everyone is welcome and accepted. At our salsa congress we unite all ethnicities & identities. We dance, we laugh, we get closer to the culture but most importantly: we experience it all together.
Culture & Music are number one during our dancing weekend but we strongly recommend you to never forget about the Sabrosura which gives our lives tones of sparks!

The growing understanding of diversity in cultural expressions reduces the risk of global conflicts and allows us to build a global society fostering diversity on many levels.
As soon as you step over AloCubano's doorstep, you will be transferred to the magical world of rich music, cigars, omnipresent joy, spicy rhythms, rum & never-ending fiestas! Together with our Artists you will experience Cuban Culture in its purest form.

TYPES OF TASKS
★ festival office (information, wristbands etc.)
★ organization support
★ cloakroom support
★ checking wristbands at the workshops entrance
★ ensuring compliance with safety procedures
★ bring your smiling face and tones of positive vibes :)
★ be available during the days of the festival somewhere between 09 am & 23 pm
★ you will work around 12-15 hours during the whole weekend divided into shorter 3-4 ★ hours shifts on different days
★ you decide how many hours of having a blast on the dance floors!
★ working plan is build of 3-4 hours shifts
★ focus on providing the best quality customer service for each participant
★ support us with improving our services based on customers feedback
