HOW TO REGISTER AT THE FESTIVAL

To register and get your festival wristband, visit the Front Desk at the hotel’s reception during our opening hours. Present your e-ticket with a QR code and your ID to confirm your ticket information.


CAN I ENTER THE EVENT WITHOUT A QR CODE?

No, entry is only allowed with a valid ticket that includes a QR code. Check your email for the QR code, which was sent after your purchase.


I CAN'T FIND MY TICKET WITH THE QR CODE

Request a unique email link from our event ticket page. choose the event via Buy Tickets and click on MANAGE TICKETS.


CAN I BUY A TICKET ON-SITE?

Yes, you can purchase tickets on-site, but only with cash. Tickets are available at the Front Desk at "at the door" prices. Remember, the number of tickets is limited! We accept EUR.


CAN I RETURN MY TICKET?

CAN I CHANGE THE NAME ON MY TICKET?

Yes, you can change the name on your ticket. However, you must follow our Name Change process and fees. Full details are available in our Terms of Purchase. Click on TERMS to find out more.


I CANNOT TAKE PART IN THE WHOLE EVENT. ARE THERE SPECIAL TICKETS AVAILABLE?

Yes, other ticket types, such as the Workshop Pass, Saturday Pass, and Sunday Pass, will be released for sale one month prior to the event, but only if the event has not sold out earlier. Party Pass tickets will be available for purchase approximately three months before the festival, with the number of tickets dependent on the available capacity at the time of release. Please note that, due to limited venue capacity, priority will be given to Full Pass holders.


CAN I BUY A SINGLE PARTY TICKET?

Yes, you can choose from Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday Party.


I AM A BEGINNER. CAN I ATTEND?

Of course! Our schedule includes classes from open level to advanced. After three festival days, your dancing skills will improve significantly.


ARE THERE DRESS CODES APPLICABLE?

Yes, each AloCubano night has a special dress code. The dress codes are: Thursday: to be announced, Friday: to be announced, Saturday: to be announced, Sunday: to be announced.


HOW TO CHECK IN TO THE HOTEL?

Check in at the hotel reception by showing your ID card or passport. Provide the name of the person who made the reservation.


HOW CAN I BOOK ACCOMMODATION?

Book a hotel room at the festival venue through our website for a special offer exclusive to AloCubaneros. Need a longer or shorter stay, or a bigger room? Contact us, and we’ll assist you in adjusting your booking to fit your needs!


ARE THERE MEALS AVAILABLE?

Yes! Room reservations made through www.alocubano.se include Full Board - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. If you're not staying at the hotel, you can check with the reception to see if there are available spots for meals and purchase them directly.


I AM NOT STAYING AT THE HOTEL. CAN I ATTEND?

Yes, you can attend even if you’re not staying at the hotel. Consider nearby accommodations for smoother access. Important: When you arrive at the hotel's entry gate, mention that you are an AloCubano participant and would like to purchase your ticket at the Front Desk.
