HOW TO REGISTER AT THE FESTIVAL

★ To register and get your festival wristband, visit the Front Desk at the hotel’s reception during our opening hours. Present your e-ticket with a QR code and your ID to confirm your ticket information.

CAN I ENTER THE EVENT WITHOUT A QR CODE?

★ No, entry is only allowed with a valid ticket that includes a QR code. Check your email for the QR code, which was sent after your purchase.

I CAN'T FIND MY TICKET WITH THE QR CODE

★ Search your email inbox for a message from tocao@buytickets.at. Don’t forget to check your spam folder.

CAN I BUY A TICKET ON-SITE?

★ Yes, you can purchase tickets on-site, but only with cash. Tickets are available at the Front Desk at "at the door" prices. Remember, the number of tickets is limited! In Warsaw we accept both EUR and PLN.

HOW TO CHECK IN TO THE HOTEL?

★ Check in at the hotel reception by showing your ID card or passport. Provide the name of the person who made the reservation.

HOW CAN I BOOK ACCOMMODATION?

★ Book a hotel room at the festival venue through our website for a special offer exclusive to AloCubaneros. You can also book your spot for the lunch buffet and enjoy meals with us!

ARE THERE MEALS AVAILABLE?

★ Yes, the festival hotel offers a special lunch buffet with limited spaces. Book your place at www.alocubano.se for a discounted price. Breakfast is included in the AloCubano accommodation rates. Snacks will be available for purchase at the hotel’s main bar during the nights.

I CANNOT TAKE PART IN THE WHOLE EVENT. ARE THERE SPECIAL TICKETS AVAILABLE?

★ Yes, you can choose from Single Party Tickets (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday), Workshops Pass, Saturday Pass, Sunday Pass, or Party Pass.

I AM A BEGINNER. CAN I ATTEND?

★ Of course! Our schedule includes classes from open level to advanced. After three festival days, your dancing skills will improve significantly.

ARE THERE DRESS CODES APPLICABLE?

★ Yes, each AloCubano night has a special dress code. We even have an Outfit Competition with incredible prizes on Friday night. The dress codes are: Friday: CUBAN CARNIVAL, Saturday: HAVANA NIGHTS GLAMOUR, Sunday: SABOR URBANO.

CAN I BUY A SINGLE PARTY TICKET?

★ Yes, you can choose from Friday, Saturday or Sunday Party.

I AM NOT STAYING AT THE HOTEL. CAN I ATTEND?

★ Yes, you can attend even if you’re not staying at the festival’s hotel. Consider nearby accommodations for smoother access.
